A new nest!!!!

So, we have been married for 5 years in April and this Friday we will move for our 6th time.
We hate moving really and we hope this one will be the last in a long time.

We have been house shopping for a while now we looked at a lot of houses and it was fun.

We saw this one we really liked and made an offer on it, we gave them their asking price and they rejected it so we moved on...it was very disappointing! We thought that they had gotten a better offer, it is a really nice home with lots of room to grow and a lot of people had been looking at it...We continued to look and couldn't find anything that we liked, beautiful homes but nothing we loved, so we talked to our realtor and she said that she talked to the seller's realtor and they said that they were surprised we didn't counter-offer our response was that we didn't think they were willing to negotiate. Long story short, we counter-offered. We agreed that we would give them more money --they turned around and accepted our first one.. yes they accepted our first offer. Daniela couldn't believe it! Trent got the call and he called her. Her response was, "I want you to tell me that in person so I can see your facial expressions and know if you are lying or not..." It was true.

The closing date is March 20th, we also take possession on this date. So, our bags are packed and we are ready to move! It is all very exciting.

And remember "Mi casa su casa." Cheyenne is intercepted by I-80 and I-25, so if you are ever in the neighborhood stop by and say hello!
